The RareBirds are an amazing group of people. We talk, we laugh, we struggle with differences, we listen to our voices of fear and frustration, passion and possibilities.
We are all aware of the stats on co-op housing failures and so we are diligent in crafting our agreements and practicing the skills needed to live in community. We move forward with a deepening level of trust and committment.
Perhaps we will be a new statistic.....not only successful, but inspiring!
